Summary
Quality of Training
The continuous improvement process of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering's programs relies on the systems implemented by the university, as outlined on the page dedicated to the quality of training:
Advisory Board: Each program has an advisory board that includes representatives from the socio-economic world as well as students. The board meets annually to discuss improvements to be made.
Student Program Evaluation Surveys (EFE): Every year, all bachelor’s and master’s students are invited to respond to a survey. Click here to view the results from the previous academic year.
Teaching Evaluation Surveys by Students (EEE): The Faculty conducts surveys to evaluate the teaching for programs that request them.
Evaluation by Hcéres
As with all programs awarding bachelor’s, professional bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, the Faculty of Physics and Engineering's programs are evaluated every five years by Hcéres (the High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education). The evaluation report from 2022-2023 is available online here.
Qualiopi
Qualiopi is the benchmark certification for professional training, and it applies to programs that admit apprentices. As programs evaluated by Hcéres and accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, the university's programs open to apprentices are considered to meet the Qualiopi standards.
Services Publics + Our Commitment to Improving Public Services
The Public Services + program aims to improve the user experience, providing public services that are closer, simpler, and more efficient. It is based on 4 pillars: the “promise” made to users, the “proof” of fulfilling this promise, listening to users, and continuous improvement.
The SP+ program defines 8 commitments:
- With mutual respect, you are welcomed with kindness and have the right to make mistakes*
- You can easily contact your public services
- You receive support tailored to your personal situation
- Your request is processed within the announced deadlines
- You have access to clear, simple, and accessible information
- You can access our service quality results
- Your feedback is considered to improve the service provided
- Together with you, we act to reduce our environmental impact
